M/s.Sai Kiran Engineering and Services was formed in the year 2012 in Visakhapatnam. We selected talented and experienced team of Engineers and applicators who were trained in for technical aspects, planning of works and installation of right product suitable for as per the location of works. We M/s.Sai Kiran Engineering and Services introduce ourself as a water proofing applicator cum Distributor for CICO TECHNOLOGIES LTD,ASIAN PAINTS SMART CARE,STP LIMITED & PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD. We are in to waterproofing system with Acrylic Polymer method, Liquid applied Membrane,APP Membrane,PU grouting,Epoxy grouting of various natures for locations of each kind In the process . Initially it was a great task for us to convince the Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Builders and Developers to adopt a new trend of waterproofing in Indian Construction Industry. It took a great hardship to initiate and acquire jobs on sample or small scale. As the time passed by, the trend introduced by us was accepted on the grounds of not only successive works but due to cost effectiveness and lesser time consuming process with an option of rectification in case of damages by any means which is not possible in conventional systems. Today, M/s.Sai Kiran Engineering and Services has developed a brand name as one of leading Waterproofing Company due to delivering successive works to almost all leading Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Builders and Developers also in East Coat Railways,South central Railways,Vizag Steel Plant,NTPC Shimadri,Cement Factories And Pharma Industries. During the tenure of our efforts in development, we had selected the talented skilled applicator and have trained them and their team for application of our all waterproofing products. Today they are our trained and approved zonal applicators on our panel carrying out solely our installations fulfilling their business. Obviously our team of trained Engineers remains involved in project works for planning, supply and installation technically. Considering waterproofing a sensitive aspect of Construction Industry, our recommendations adopted by our clients and installation under our trained applicator under our technical heads we do not hesitate to offer a 10 years of serviceable warranty

Our mission is to make awareness about pros and cons to Construction due to conventional and other methods of waterproofing adopted in our Country which affects the structures resulting into leakages, deterioration and carbonation, and spalling of concrete shortly making losses to the end user resulting into national losses.
